The ones underlined in bold are official releases. The *bootlegs (in small font) listed below are performances that were captured, live or in studio, which are not currently released officially. Hard copies or downloadable files exist for these performances. All titles listed below with a "+" indicate selections from the session have received radio airplay (a "^" indicates international & satellite radio airplay). The "{AL}" indicates portions of the recording may contain adult language. A "#" indicates reviews for the release can be found online.
